This looks awesome.Really good perspective and blend of colours. I like the open ended sea.

Thanks for the comments. Re limited comments, this is expected since I wont be submitting anything for critique until August. I used a neutral split density filter to give better details in the clouds. A tripod was used. A fairly small aperture and slow camera speed was utilized. With late afternoon and early morning, you get some interesting light and colors.

 

From memory, I thought the rusty red color on the right was more intense in reality. While looking for a photo for a small project I found this one.

It was the red glow on the rightmost portion that first attracted me.

Beautiful light and exposure. Really terrific. One minor nit: I think the foreground takes a bit too much space and could be cropped partially. Otherwise another terrific capture.

Comment and suggestion - they are always appreciated. Even though reducing the foreground might make it a better image, it would be hard for me to part with it. The water takes much space in the image and felt I needed more foreground to counteract that. In addition,the foreground had some very delicate light which appealed to me. Thanks for taking the time to comment.
