This is my first attempt at light painting. This is a person in a

Fourth of July parade. Please, all critiques are welcome, good or bad.

What is "light painting"? This picture could have been much better if you had not cut off the torch. But I understand: There was probably not enough time for proper positioning and you had to take what you could get.
