dgv 1 Posted July 5, 2007 Excellent shot, very good balance between sharp and unsharp, bordering an absrtuction!!! Link to comment

rogerleekam 0 Posted July 8, 2007 Taha, one of the most detailed macros I have seen - actually could almost be called a micro. The complex eyes and the detail in the forelegs are incredible. Could actually be used as a Zoology teaching illustration. Link to comment
tidris 0 Posted July 8, 2007 Many thanks for your obs Roger. I always appreciate your thoughts. Just one of those lucky shots like a few of my other macros. It really is so difficult to get the focus on the right spot when you are handholding the camera and hoping the insect won't fly away before you fire. There is also only one shot with an SLR with the clunk click of of it before they do fly away. Link to comment
vancouverphotographer 0 Posted July 8, 2007 Another incredibly detailed and sharp macro - love the DOF here too. Link to comment
