aepelbacher 0 Posted July 5, 2007 Ken - did you use a bulb setting and something over the lens inbetween bursts here? I was shooting fireworks last night, and there were these two guys with much fancier camera systems next to me who were attempting to coach me. They were using these black cards to cover the lens ... said that they could get a double burst on the same shot that way. I had never heard of that, but it made sense ... and I didn't have anything with me that I could use. Link to comment
stormphotonet 1 Posted July 5, 2007 I used a bulb setting but I do not know about anything over the lens but that sounds cool. This is the first year for me to shoot fireworks in years I am the kind of person that needs 7 or 8 times at least to get something right lol and we get to see fireworks once maybe two times a year, I think we should get to see this more then we do so I could get better lol Happy shooting Ken Link to comment
stormphotonet 1 Posted July 6, 2007 Thanks C Brake for the kind words on this photo, I am so happy you like it lol happy shooting! Ken PS who is your instructor and what would he or she know lol or you could just hold the card over your eyes for all the fireworks and then it will not make any difference sorry just having fun lol Link to comment
