I like both the fireworks pictures you submitted, but if I may I would suggest 2 things. The first is to make the shutter speed a little slower to create some longer trails, and the second would be to try and include something else other than the sky in the background, like some buildings or landscape. Nice job nonetheless.

Thanks Mark this is the first year in well years I have shot fireworks and where I was the only thing I could put in the photo is a street light or the back of heads lol. I had a nice road with car light trails on a winding road, looking down at that from atop the hill and then a nice church off in the distances and was all set up 5 years ok I mean 5 hours but hey it felt like years lol before sunset, the first one on the hill. We were all told the fireworks were going to be over there, that way lol and then the hour came and the first shell sword upward over everyones left shoulder lol and everyone on this hill did a left turn. lmao thanks for your kind words
