Dan, were those Pelicans manufactured by Grumman, Martin or Consolidated?

Judging by its size and nature of flight, im going to have to go with Consolidated...

Well captured landing attempt. Is the magenta cast intentional? I also took care of some foreground elements that seem to interfere with the flight of the phoenix.

Much better! Never noticed the magenta cast, it really pops now.

Interesting, i was just checking out one of my other pictures and noticed that you had commented on that one saying it had a slight magenta cast. I wonder how many of my pictures are like this... Oh well, i'll get too much of a head ache if i think about it too much...

It definitely needed some contrast and color which Dieter brought with the edit, but it looks good focussed and exposed. Also agree with cloning out of elements on the bottom.

I think contrast could have only been added after color correction, because whenever i tried it i lost too many details, IMO on my monitor. Dieters edit seemed to not have that problem. Thanks for critique Samir.

Great shot ... sharp with the wings in a good position.
