Jana - No special situation , I shot it after cleaning my camera during a casual talk , He is a friend from work . After seeing the result he was afraid of the title I'm going to give to this portrait :)

A good picture Alon. Obviously it was taken quickly in order to capture the expression. A fraction more focus would have rendered it even more striking, but of course you know that.

 

Personally, I have payed so often for the cosequences of blurr that I have started to fix a high shutter speed as priority for the camera settings. You can get away with it with digital ... anyway, very interesting photo, well done.

 

 

a very different shot for you. i like it, and i wish i could do as well. John Peri is right about the blur, but you may also need more depth of focus. pump up the iso!

Thank you John and Jamie , Yep , I know the DOF was too shallow . It was taken under very low light at 200 ISO . It's an unplanned shot taken just for test after cleaning the camera but the expression was so good I couldn't resist it :)
