yasirnisar 0 Posted June 21, 2007 This is beautiful and truly artistic, very mesmerising. The B & W tone has done the wonders. Link to comment

phat_shantz 0 Posted June 21, 2007 The only detractor is the presence of two catch-lights in the eyes. There is a psychology that is upset when there exists more than one obvious light source. We grow up knowing there is only one sun. The subtle hint that there are two suns in this portrait is a minor, but meaningful distraction. A little manipulation can remove the second catch-light and remove the psycological tension it causes. We've all seen multiple catch-lights in the eyes of models with the Mabelline faces, but we all know those aren't real, anyway. If this is a person-portrait (and not a commercial shoot), the catch-lights are significant. And why am I harping on the catch-lights? Because the rest of the portrait is wonderful. Link to comment
