arjen van de merwe 0 Posted June 19, 2007 The horse is sharp enough, panning gives a feeling of motion. But the face of the jockey is all the way to the other side, giving us no info on his expression, and no chance to identify. Link to comment

mmmee 0 Posted June 21, 2007 Love the motion blur and the capture of this very fast, exciting game. Those little horses are so very well trained. You have excellent color and light. How did you get the background blur? Were you panning? I have to learn to do this. My recent sports shots all have this static messy background, unless I get a closer zoom of the action, but I still don't get this nice motion blur. That just adds so much tension to the photo.
