Younes, you're correct, not about the angle but the additional source. It is my personal choice to add the additional detail in midground, which would have been nothing but pure black otherwise. I don't and wouldn't claim this was a single shot - although I can and did make similar shots with external light sources-. (BTW, this panorama is hand-stitched from ~10 separate shots.) As I said many times; camera, lens, light, filters and computers are mere tools to make images. The way I see, image-making does not end or begin with a release of the shutter.

First and foremost, I honestly believe that this is a truly amazing shot. Apart from its wonderful colours, overall sharpness and detail, its composition and presentation are simply awesome. And finally, I must sincerely commend you on your honesty on how you've managed to capture such a scene. All the work which was necessary to create this image makes it even more 'worth while'. A truly exceptional image!
