richardb 0 Posted June 18, 2007 Hi. It is clear that you have more experince and expertise than I do, however, for my taste or liking, I dont think that this lovely lady adds any value to this photo. Or perhaps it is the trees.... Anyway, for me it is just a distraction from an otherwise very nice forest photo. And although I think that it is a great location for a nude shoot, for me a nude must clearly hold my attention without distraction, and fill most of the photo. Regards Link to comment
carloshauck 0 Posted June 18, 2007 Well, I really enjoy this photo. I think that the model works great in the composition and the light is really nice, especially on her. Regards! Link to comment

keithofey 0 Posted June 20, 2007 I love the light which captures the forest so well, was all of this au natural without any photoshop, i ask because i would love to know the technique of getting deep forest photography right.. From a compositional point of view excellent, nice contrast between the models form and those of the trees and tree feerns which seem to be from aus or taz? well done delightfull and etherial. this viewer is delighted Link to comment
keithofey 0 Posted June 20, 2007 Can you please tell me a little more about your lens and the settings... when i take photos in deep forest i need several shots to capture the height you have done.. thank you again. Link to comment
OutsideTheNorm 34 Posted July 6, 2007 Hi Keith, Was shot with a Tamron 28-105 f2.8 lens which used to be a favorite of mine and now gets used much less frequently as I'm tending to keep the Canon 100mm f2.8 macro on much more. From the exif in the original I see that I shot at 41mm, 1/40th of a second, f5.6, ISO 400. As I recall I was actually lower than the model and was lying on the ground or very nearly so. Hope that helps. Link to comment
