This one called me to do a second time. One of the origional photo's is here.

I just felt the clouds needed to be played with. Tell me if you feel them jumping out at you. Enjoy

Pretty cloud manipulation.... Your so lucky to photograph all those beautiful sunsets although I'm certain it's getting pretty hot down there.

What catches my attention, the first thing I see. The Mote in Gods Eye. Your clouds are wonderful, your Sun draws me into the image.

You've been a busy and creative artist since I last visited, this is wonderfully "recreated", love the clouds and silhouettes and that glowing Sun smack dab in the middle.....works for me.

Hi Micki,

I'm a big fan of manipulated pictures too, although a picture doesn't always has to be manipulated to be beautifull. I think my excuse for manipulating pictures is that first of all I like working with photoshop, but secondly I think that I'm still not able to make nice unmanipulated pictures and I'm jealous at people who can ;-)

You asked me to compare this photo with the b&w one; well I must say that I do like this one better. I like the composition, the colours, the clouds, but I'm sorry I don't like this type of manipulation. The clouds are beautifull as they are I think and don't need so much manipulation. I like this picture better when I look at it in the smallest version, and that is because then you can't really see the manipulation.

But this is just my personal opinion, when I see the high ratings you get on this picture, most people do like this type of manipulation :-).

I did go a bit (over the top) just to kind of be fun.

This is the same grouping of pictures I did AS IS. Just because they were beautiful as is. I just wanted to play with the clouds. :)
