Julius, how did you convert to b/w? It is difficult to get the skin tone right, just curious. You did a great job here. The white background is usually overwhelming, but it isn't bad here because the facial detail is perfect. Cheers.

Kurt ~ thank you for your kind remarks. I used the "Lightness Channel" method. If you are not aware of that method please let me know and I shall send you a Step-By-Step instructions.

Did you upload strength early, think this would have been perfect.

The skin tones are perfect, the background is a perfect Complement.

Biswajit, Ger & Leslie ~ thank you. No, I did not upload "Strength" in advance. I am contemplating a different way to accomplish our next theme. Although, this looks good for that task, this was not taken with that theme in mind. Thus it is not fair to post this as such.
