Hi Mark. I like it. I like the color and sense of motion. You might try using a split ND filter if you get a chance at a similar shot. The reason I mention that is that I think de-emphasizing the yellow lights by blocking them with the filter would allow the lower part to be brighter, and for me, more interesting.

But I would have removed the fence or furthermore select carefully only the bloody Merry or whatever its name was and apply it in different positions, sizes and colors on a picture with only sky and nothing else! And then announce that I've taken picture of a whole fleet of alien flying saucers! Ha!
