awareness 0 Posted June 9, 2007 Hi Julie. I always enjoy dropping in on your portfolio to see what you are up to. I really like the energy of your work. I will try to offer criticism only on the basis that I think it would be helpful though I am not really qualified to do so. I like this photo very much and you seem to be improving with the lighting. There are some indications of the background in the lower left and upper right that I would wash out. Also, I would crop up just a little bit from the bottom to straighten out her dress. Also, I would make the whole shot more rectangular by adding some white space to one of the sides and set your model off center a bit. There are a few bright spots that you should watch out for in the future. I hope some of this helps. Take care. Link to comment
caincaptures 0 Posted June 9, 2007 Thank you Allan, I do know the background in the bottom right is there now, after I submitted it I noticed it. I like your idea of her not being in the center. I will work with it some more to your suggestions and see what I come up with. Thank you very much for taking the time to offer me some helpful suggestions. Link to comment
