This is very nice - I like the idea and the result. The "freezed" splash in the air makes it perfect.

 

It's may just me - I'd preffered a bit more natural colors - but I think, the vivid colors are the trend at the moment.

The timing, great. The colors- a very good choice of going for a vivid look, adds to the energy of the shot. Muted colrs wouldnt do this photo justice. The silhouette works great as a dark shape, pointing at the sun.

It is an absolutely spectacular photo!

 

Its just that the sillouette reminds me of the one eyed character from the CGI movie "Monsters Inc."

 

 

And I just can't get that out of my head.
