waterton 2007 - critters non stop feeding in the spring

The moment and composition are good. It is heartbreaking that the head and eye are not in sharper focus. Oh well, still a great one for the memories.

thanks for the feedback. this was my very first day shooting bears with a digital. most of the shots came out as big black blobs of fur. the other shot in this portfolio where I could get a good bead on his nose and eyes seemed to focus better.

 

I have been doing the whole digital thing less than a month and am learning by leaps and bounds, loving every minute of it. I have noticed my ratings went up considerably since dumping the old 35mm and embracing technology.

 

However, since my free trial memebership here at Photo.net has run it's course I have to decide if it's worth coughing up the $25.00/year to post more photos.
