I keep getting drawn back to this image. There is just something so intimate and personal about where he is touching her...more so than a kiss or touch in other more obvious areas. This makes me think of when I'm in a crowd at a club or party and a guy is trying to push past me. I don't mind a gentle push on the shoulder, but when a stranger pushes my lower back or stomach I feel a bit invaded. Sorry to ramble on, but I hope you get my point. Nice work.

Michael,

This is a powerful image.

The hand and it's expression remind me of the drawings of Burne Hogarth. An exceptional renderer of the human form and long time illustrator of Tarzan - I know that may sound wacky but check out his work if you get a chance - you'll see why I mean that as a compliment.

I certainly found this and other pieces in your folder inspiring! Thanks.

ciao,

Luc

I like it. A tummy rub is at once intimate and erotic and also nurturing, like mom rubbing talcum onto baby. I was tempted to say a smartarse thing like"heck of a way to do a Heimlich maneuver." It is an arresting image, technically very fine indeed. And imaginative. This is one of your better pieces Michael. Thanks for opportunity to comment.

A fine image in every way, very erotically charged. I'm sure many would love to have a copy hanging on their wall.

Stunning and Unusual Image! What makes the composition particularly intriguing to me is the suggestion that that the man's right arm is constraining the woman, thereby inhibiting her movement (or freedom) while the left arm is actually supporting her torso, thereby preventing her from "falling", either in a literal or in a symbolic sense.

I adore the almost 'dancing' interaction, it is quite wonderful, and the sepia toning is very effective for the subject. Well done.

This is really a picture worth looking and amiring over and over again. Such intelligent way of composition. Why didn't I thought of that every time when I look at it. Keep up the good work and keep posting!

I saw your pic somewhere else and your name came to my mind... (i've been to your site several times but never seen this one). This means you've got a "style" dood, congrats!!

Another wonderful Ezra image. Fabulous, striking, original image. I love your work, this one as much as most of them, which is high praise indeed! I love the tension, the static dynamism, the rhythm in the pic, the contrasts. I also love the abstraction created by the cropping. Great work!

This gives me a strange feeling. I can't decide if I see tenderness, possesiveness or both in this. Luckily I do know that I like it!

This certainly does not seem like a hug. It seems like you are trying to address the man's ideal of a womans body, because his hands appear to be shaping her body and constricting her. I would hope that that is indeed what your going for. I would push that idea and maybe add a little more tension in his figertips. I do not however see this as honoring the female in any way.
