good idea--the pattern on the dress ruins it

I fail to see anything "ruined" in this image...the eyes are wonderfuly transfixed on the photographer...although I like the not so negative space on the left...I think a crop to remove the unwanted objects next to this child would have worked better than just darkening the area...the soft lighting compliments her soft expression nicely..Juan

Another amazing photo. Excellent use of background to add mystery and power to the shot .. I like the position that occupies the subject in the frame. Just a little more sparkle in the yes would be iinteresting also .. but still a delightful picture.
