When I watched you take this I knew it was going to make for an interesting shot. I've watched Stan do this tons of times, but I don't think I'll ever look at it quite the same way again.

cool look... how do you do the HDR shot? Do you make more than one shot or do you change the raw data and then process the HDR?

Alex, thanks for the comments... most of the time 3 shots RAW left as is, merge in cs3, photomatix plugin. Sometimes but rarely, edit the RAW files (because of exposure anomalies etc.) then merge etc etc. So many ways to do things - just have fun and experiment! Glenn

Ryan, no problem! I know you are right about the need for some dodging. I wasn't doing alot of that stuff when I worked on this. I suppose I should get around to it one of these days....

i know how it is.. trust.

 

i could pry redo almost all my work better.. none the time

You mentioned you shoot 3 shots in RAW. Are the 3 shots +/- over/under exposure. and how do have the subject stand still for all 3 shots.
