Curiousity killed the snail??

Only you would have the patience to watch a snail long enough to catch such an interesting shot! I really like this. Great textures and colours. It does look so curious, peeking into the hole. Even though it's probably looking at you! I'll give the snail some credit for having such a "candy like" shell! ~Anthony

I see snails all the time, but this was the first one I saw coming OUT of the shell like this. It's very tiny - the shell is about 1/2" across. I took quite a few shots so expect to see more. Thanks for visiting, Anthony.

The end of June, so every weekend is going to be spent at the ranch. It's getting really hot already, so we're usually done before noon now. No more camo gear and tents!!

Hi, Kim! So, do you think the snail chose to go here because it knew the colors would compliment its shell? :) Cool shot! I love the pearly shell and the translucent body/antennae. What is this that it's on?
