This is a wonderful scene. I think the contrast of the clouds over the darker water is what really gives this photo character. Well presented.

The cropped ships on the right side spoils it for me - its unbalanced. The sky is fab, and it is exposed well.

Although the boats are static and the water fairly calm there is a lot of movement in this picture. This effect is created by clouds. The colours and light are superb and this is another contributing factor to the elements that make this image good. My compiments.

Agreed with the comments above, but I find the effect over done. The boats especially feel like they are still wet from PS.
