Great capture, i think it was plain day when you took this shot, the sky has the tendence to be blue thing that wouldn't happen if it were evening or even night, anyway i like it a lot

Believe it or not Bogdan, it was very late in the evening and there was a storm approaching and the clouds were heavy. We were getting ready to chop this tree down because it is dead, and this crow was just sitting in it for quite a while. I went and grabbed the camera. Just as we got the tree down it poured rain.
