Beautiful Southern Belles. Two of these ladies were celebrating there 60th birthday-- and did so by parasailing!! Amazing women who are not looking for rocking chairs anytime soon. And even though one of them is my Mother, I felt honored they invited me to spend the day with them. So to Ellen, Peggy, Linda, and Sylvia.....raise your margarita glasses, deal another hand of bridge, and toast life!!! Love you all.....Lesa

Great symmetry and poise. I like that you captured the sand being kicked up as well. Great work with the b/w. Superb.

First, thank you for taking time for my flamingo.

This is one of the few photos, which catches me,

and tells a story about it actors.

Maybe, just because they don't look into the camera. ;)

Cheers

Beautiful black and white. Great that they are out there having fun. I'm 77 and still try new things... Age doesn't matter.

what a wonderful gift your mother is giving you...maybe for her 70th she will invite you to go skydiving!

Interesting and very well executed. The hats and similar white/black clothes make the difference - like an old time sepia Post card.

This is a really well done composition, Lesa. However, I think a little more contrast would really pop it. Look at this version here. All I did was "Auto Contrast" on photoshop, but you can do this just as easily on manual. Good luck, you Southern belle.

I think you are right Emmanual... it does look better. This is why I love this site, getting advice and help from others. Thanks so much again. Regards...LJ
