I'll expand on the above comment and say that this would be a killer commercial/product shot! If I was an editor, I might request a tad more light on the camera, but not much...maybe 1/3 stop. And even as it is, with its saturated colors, it's really good. Love the skin tones/color.

Puck, Thanks a lot Puck. It was just a bit of fun. I have a slightly different version with more of the model. I may post it later.

Jim, I have a reasonably large print of this and I am quite happy with it. However, I don't doubt that you are probably correct about the exposure adjustment for a magazine. As for the saturation, this is how it came out the camera. This was taken with my 400D which I don't use too often. Both my 5D and 400D are set to 'faithful.' The 400D does look richer.

Andrew, It wasn't meant to look like a commercial shot. I just liked the way you could see her bikini briefs in the lens. I am glad you like the shot.

Thanks everyone. I have to say the model's skin tone is just perfect for taking photographs. Little of how they are captured has to do with me.

David, very interesting of a photograph. Is this Hunter Girl taking the photograph with this camera? I like the composition of the pose and the position of the camera. Great sharpness and lighting, Rufus.

When composing an image I believe that the texture (among other elements) of the subject(s) can add to the photo...

That being said, was it intentional to have the model wear bottoms which do not leave much to the imagination regarding  the state of her short and curlies?
