This is a great shot considering you had to use a 500mm zoom lens, and were running full speed away. ;) Thats the only way I'd be able to capture this type of shot.

What a fantastic mood you have captured here and the bears silouhette is wonderful and walks in the frame just where it should to make a great composition! I love the little bit twilight peeking through the forest!
