I really like the waterfall. TO bad there are so many people in it. Did you get any pictures with a slower shutter so that there is move movement to the water? I might also have cropped out some of the surrounding area, so that there was less space and more waterfall. Might also try a different time of day, so that the lighting is not so harsh. Depending on what direction the sum shines on it at varying times, the light may add some color/tone to the whole area.
