What an amazing image this truly is. Exceptionally beautiful colours, sharpness and detail further complimented by an excellent composition. A truly commendable shot.

This is a gorgeous shot, caught at a beautiful time. Also a signature shot as I recognized it was you the second I saw it! But I must say that the addition of the birds, although catchy, ends up ruining a bit. Those birds clearly don't belong here and make the scene hardly credible.

I agree with Younes. The addition of the Heron and the eagle stretch the credibility of the image beyond the breaking point. The particular position and the size of the eagle, in particular, are beyond implausible.

 

Take out the eagle (I think the heron could maybe stay) and you have an excellent photo. I love the light and texture on the sand in the foreground.

In my opinion, if an image that is meant to be an expression of the natural world is beyond belief, then it fails. The heron is o.k., but the large raptor is totally beyond belief -- they just don't fly like this in this context. Also, the raptor's reflection was a nice touch, but it's on the wrong side....it has to be between the viewer and the bird. There are so many great elements to work with here; why corrupt them with fakery?

Excellent sharpness of the foreground...the birds and the reflections are great...but I would prefer to keep only the flying bird and forget the standing bird
