The way over the Darkot pass (4700 m) is the shortest way from the Boroghil valley to the Northern Areas of Pakistan. Thanks to the help of the yaks and the yak men we were able to cross the pass in one long day.

Are those your tracks leading off into the foreground? Which yak were you riding, the center one?

Eye and luckVery good, Karl! You need some eye for a photo like this, but some luck too: look at how the line of the mountains in the back follows the line of the travellers.

Well seen, well captured, and well done. Perhaps high speed HDR (since they are moving) would be a good try in such a situation. I enjoyed the image.
