The Bay

It is a beautiful bay in the island of Rhodes, I was there for a very short time. It was taken from the Acropolis height that is powering Lindos, one of the impressive points in the island.

Pnina, at first sight, my thought was that this bay was a crater. It is a beautiful place and a great place to spend a vacation.....Looks like the left end is a large swimming area......Is Rhodes one of the Greek islands?.......Jim

Welcome back Pnina. Enjoyable holiday? I guess must be with this scenic place. The bay is beautiful. Greece is a place I would want to visit one day.

Thanks Jim, yes Rhodes is one of the Greek islands, beautiful , and sunny. I visited some of them, myprefered one is Santorini.

I have never been to Greece...I am not a fan of heat...but the waters of this place have always had a pull on me...I have to agree with Otto...the horizon is tilted a little to the left...but still this is a postcard of my dreams...juan

Greece is a pearl!, worth a visit. you are right about the tilt of horizon... but it is still a wonderful place to be there.
