Noisy port #2

Well, when you play with the Photoshop filters menu the result

sometimes looks like a painting rather than a photo.Yet, it's

interesting.What do you think ?

I like it pretty well. I think I would like it better if there were not that ring of light in the upper left. Interesting image.

When I look at it as a piece of art(original creation), rather than a photo it rates highly with me. The grain gives it the feel of industrialism, of which the original photo is.

In texture and composition, Utrillo came to mind, but other impressionists too .. there are some wonderful graphic artworks in your portfolio in addition to this one, bravo ..
