HA ~ Ok, you guys think I am funny but I will probably get to the beach four times this summer as I am not aloud to get out in the sun to much. AND this picture looks like so calm and cool and nice!

 

I just love it!

 

(sigh)

 

I love the small little waves the bird makes.

 

I think I will take my computer outside now and drink my coffee on the porch and enjoy the warmth of the morning.

It is early evening light in here. :-)

 

Nope, I spent an hour by the lake shore while the kids were sleeping on the camping center. Actually, this was shot from the shore of the camping center. :-) It was about 05.30 and the sun had just got over the horizon, it shone through the woodline. The birds were singing and there was couple of minus degrees celsius. :-)

 

After this, I spent about 18 hours doing my workday... Sigh!

great shot. such large waterfowl need lots of runway to take off. the splashes are sharp and are telling as they get closer together that the goose is about airborne. i love the mist laying on the water. i would sit all day for a capture like this. beautiful the way you have given the bird room to take off to the upper right. nice reflections too. splendid work my friend. take care, J.K.
