Great details and excellent light...good use of wide angle...I like the natural alignment of the stones leading to the middle of the lake and also the clouds seem to mirror the alignment...

Nice scene Gerry. One of my favourite spots on Skye. I like the composition (quite popular to be honest, but still interesting) but I don't like your post-processing done here. First of all it's too obvious that HDR technique was used here. I know it's quite tricky to find a proper settings so that the picture doesn't look too much artificial - but that's the main thing about using this technique wisely. I'm not sure what kind of a screen you are using, but on mine it's a bit washed out in terms of a contrast and colours. I remember I mentioned you about it some time ago. I'm happy to see that you've improved your skills about this matter, but I think it's still not perfect. Don't take it too personal, Gerry, it's just my humble advice to make your nice photos even better. Regards, Piotr.
