poutnik 1 Posted May 4, 2007 This is my grandmother captured last Christmas. I really like thisportrait because of the joy and spark in her eyes, a flashback of thepast. I know that the open (toothless) mouth is not very flattering(on the contrary), but I still like it a lot. And she's now verydifficult to work with, similar to a small child; so her open mouthcould be attributed to her (almost prehistoric) age. (She was lookingat her great-granddaughter in the arms of my mother - a family union -and that made her so happy...) What do you say, is the open mouth so un-flattering I should notpresent this shot? Thanks for your time... Jiri Link to comment
chrissy_frank 0 Posted May 4, 2007 i think the open mouth is perfectly fine! when i look at the image i go to her eyes first, not the mouth so i dont think its really distracting, it adds to the mood. i love this image. =] -chrissy Link to comment
