valsavo 0 Posted May 3, 2007 Great photo. Would you consider experimenting with cropping? A bit from the top and from the bottom to enhance the center of the image, incredible color. Very nice job. I like it. Best, Valerie Link to comment

alkhufu 0 Posted May 3, 2007 Focus and composition are good, but the shadows are a little strong. Some fill-in via strobe or reflector would lessen the contrast and improve the overall gamut. The frogs underside has lost too much detail - which could be by choice. The eye, I think, would look better without so much shadow on bottom. Some shadow is still necessary to prevent a flat image, so I'm thinking a reflector would be best. Also, shiny critters are quite difficult to illuminate properly, without burnouts (all of the white spots). A softbox, or reflector for bouncing can fix that to some degree. Overall, I like the color, DOF, and other technical bits. Link to comment

cherlyn 1 Posted May 4, 2007 I am always amazed by the species of frogs you managed to get. Their colours so bright & texture so plasticlike that they doesn't look real but I know for a fact that they are alive & jumping. Superb shot of great colours & light/exposure control. Link to comment
