Seems more like a carefully arranged still-life than a vacation photo. A neat slice of the cosmos. Also, the landscape is beautiful. Humanity seems to intrude on nature at times.

I find that I almost prefer this to all of the more famous and perfect compositions from Adams on up, because while those with just the scenery are beautiful, they are without human reference. Nothing wrong with that, of course, but it's kind of nice to show the REAL scene. And, you have captured the nature part just perfectly. Also find it interesting what the various people are doing.

I also find the human element interesting. I've been in Yosemite a few times and always smile at the variety of human life. You have captured that aspect well.

This is indeed not a still life.  This is how it is there.  This particular spot is called "tunnel view", I believe
