poutnik 1 Posted May 1, 2007 from an outing in last december. Wanted to shoot some winter scenes, but the weather was not cooperative :-) I'm not 100% sure it's worthpresenting, but I like it anyway... What do you think? Do you like itor not? Thanks for your time, Jiri Link to comment
adams1 0 Posted May 1, 2007 Definitely like it: the tawny color from sharp to fading against the blue sky, and the central leaveless plant. I like it very much. Very nice job. Best, Candy Link to comment
PeterKrenek 26 Posted May 1, 2007 Hello, Jiri. I do think it is worth posting. Despite depicting a winter scene, it has a joyful atmosphere. I like the contrast of warm and cold colours. I wonder whether the branched central plant would not be better in front of the vertical reed. Nice bokeh. Best regards. Peter Link to comment
poutnik 1 Posted May 1, 2007 I'm glad that you, Candy and Peter, find the image worth noting. Peter, when I was composing the image, I was thinking of moving the stalk away (I moved quite a lot of them anyway :), but in the end I decided it would add more depth to the image, breaking the lines of the leafless branches... To me it has more layers this way... But thanks anyway for your idea. (I went to this place to take some photos with my brother-in-law, and we don't have any single photo that is "same". Even if we see the same theme, we present it differently. And that is nice, differences similar to your note...) Jiri Link to comment
