richard hans 0 Posted May 2, 2007 Brad, the soft light really makes mystical atmosphere, the graceful curves play give such a nice feel as well as poetry some so relaxed & carefree, another elegant piece of B/W!!! Best regards Link to comment
bradkim 8 Posted May 3, 2007 Thank you Bora, Ivana, Richard, for your supports to this image...!When I try to adjust the brightness/darkness a tiny bit on this photo, the feeling of the image changes drastically. I am still trying to find the optimum level. Link to comment

laurent_jaussi 0 Posted August 15, 2008 I like the smooth light and the subtile shades of gray...my eyes follow the curvy and zig-zag of the dune's top...it should have been something to get there and record that image...a wonderful experience you share here.... Link to comment

dan_shoe 0 Posted March 26, 2009 Brad, I think you have the contrast about right. Ridges on the shadow side of the dunes show well. Great Job. Link to comment
jill_rocker 1 Posted March 27, 2009 A fantastic black and white landscape... The composition is amazing.... The color tones and light fits this shoot perfect... Excellent work.... All the best, Jill Link to comment
stp 6 Posted March 27, 2009 Again, this is superb. The many undulating forms and the strong contrast between light areas and dark areas make for a great image. I also like the dark upper portion of the image -- it helps to keep the viewer's eyes on the main subject. Link to comment
pankaj purohit 1 Posted March 28, 2009 Wonderful shot Brad. great contrast and shapes. very nicely composed. Can I see the original version also with colors and more dynamic range...? Link to comment
bradkim 8 Posted March 28, 2009 Thank you, Stephen, for taking your time to visit and leave your very kind comment to this photo! appreciated! Thank you, Pankaj, for visiting! I am afraid there is no color version of this image. I shot on monochrome mode (in my DSLR) from the beginning. Many advise me against it because I sacrifice dynamic range by doing so... but I find myself just keep doing this practice. Link to comment
nichroe 0 Posted March 28, 2009 Wow,,especially in large,,,where i can crop top and make a kind of sand-dune-abstract,,makes it more powerfull,,,imo,,n Link to comment
bradkim 8 Posted March 29, 2009 Thank you, Niels, for your kind comment! Viewers' suggestions and opinions are very valuable for my photography. Sometimes I get unexpectedly great image when improved based on viewer's suggestion. I will try your cropping idea...! Link to comment
