Tail of the Gooney Bird

Nice angle; it's rare to see a study of the curves at this end of a DC-3; most people probably don't even realize that all this complexity is going on back there, so you're showing folks something new about the airplane.

Really pulls you in. Nice composition.

I agree that this is a wonderful angle. I do wish the shadow on the left were covering the whole wing, which would give the image a half dark, half light quality.. .but nothign to be done about that. I think the only thing I woudl have changed woudl be the perfect symmetry. Might have been interesting to do an off center/more at an angle composition. but I do love the idea! (would love to fly one!!)
