This reminds me of a house I looked at in 1992 on Capital Hill in Seattle. I was house shopping then and the newspaper advertisement called it a "quaint Victorian style cottage". I saw it from the main road and paused just long enough to shake my head in wonderment of the sight. However, as a beach cottage this would be quite nice!
