the frame is inapropriate. If you want to keep it, make it outer solid color.

 

It's just a pretty bird shooted with a tele... what's so special? The right lower corner is annoyng. If you want to really look objective at this picture you will find that don't deserve more than 5/5 (with indulgence) in my opinion.
