What caught my eye was the strong blue that fades in lines to the top

and the strong orange at the top that fades away towards the bottom

of the photo. Would appreciate your comments and ratings. Thanks.

Superb capture of changing colors on the water. I like the gradual progression and intensity.

I do appreciate all of the comments and ratings. I only wish there was a Mallard duck there instead of 'winter debris' floating in the water. The debris does add a bit of contrast and choas to a tranquil scene. Have a great day.

Tony, if there were a Mallard or any other kind of duck, you'd be accused of Photo shopping the picture. In any event, it's good as it is. I too like the graduation of the reds.

Great gradiation... Well seen and well captured.

The duck would've been nice... But I think the winter debris makes for a more realistic image.

Tony, Wow, this is wonderful. The artist Paul Klee used to talk about art as visual music, and I think you've captured it. There is such a rolling rhythm and melody in this shot. Nicely done.

Stunning capture of orange and blue. I love the flotsam in the mix. I love this and it rates my high for the week.

I really do appreciate the comments - you let me see the musical aspect which I had not considered before.

I am truly touched by your assessment of this photo. As an amateur photographer one can only hope that the others will appreciate the things that I see and enjoy. When there are constructive comments then it is a learning experience. I feel that I have grown with my experience at PN.
