juansant8 0 Posted April 22, 2007 Hi Omar. I notice this particular flower they had it very close guarded, how come? Link to comment
omarmc 0 Posted April 22, 2007 Juan, I'm not so sure but I think is beacuse this kind of orchids require more light that others and they enclose them to provide a special artificial light. Very Sharp Shot, Congratulations. By the way, how do you like your new equipment? Link to comment
juansant8 0 Posted April 22, 2007 I went the wrong time to the Botanical, should it wait one month when earthing is blooming. this particular, I'd use the macro Nikkor for this picture, the good thing is that this lens is Vibration Resistant. the people at the entrance, don't let me use the monopode which I just bought, now, check this out, the D200, the lens, the battery addition in the bottom with 2 battery and the R1 flash with the commander, is QUITE HEAVY (It's hard to shot with one hand, my hand was shaking)) so even with the hand movement and shooting through a glass i amazed of how sharp came out. It's an expensive lens but will recommended it to anyone because of the sharpness. I love your macro work, what lens do you use? Link to comment
