you have a very intense complicity with your models. Clean image and beautiful work John
Hello John, I love this languid shot, both the simplicity of the composition and the and the model herself. A top shot. Peter
lovely great work John, I admire all of your work
Perfect, John. Alberto
Very well captured, great moment.. best regards...6/6 Bassem
Beautiful, elegant work
pepe alias boulette
excellent as usual...
Nice body, face distorted a bit due to the unnatural position! Debauchery is the name of this kind of pictures, although nice B & W tones and well adjusted contrast, which after all goes together! Nice even perfect body, though! Work with this model more John and try some other overall solutions, lighting, mood, psychological states. It would be interesting thing to show that this obviously model kind of girl is a human, just a human with all human values and shortcomings, joys and worries, sadness, happiness! I think they would appreciate it more than I would because they are just humans after all and certainly want to be treated as such! Cheers!
Hm .. it is interesting that you will have chosen this photo to make this critique under. Thank you for giving your opinion. It's always interesting to have one that differs to the majority. I made my response below, before knowing which photo you had in mind, so I do not address the question of unnatural position etc., : http://www.photo.net/photodb/photo?photo_id=5870790 Those that have followed the postings with this model, and they are in large number, will have remarked already on the overwhelming arrray of expresions and situations in which she is portrayed and the natural way in which she appears, that having been a primary focus of the comments made by others until now. You may wish to find the time to browse through some of these images. Humanity is also portrayed in one's way of seeing others and their work, not only how one photographs them.
John the inpiration Hi John, This is another creative posture in your collection, love the way you allow your models explore ways to express different moods. I have been following your contributions since years as many do. But i am new kid in the block My all time favorite, or should i say my initial attraction to your collection is this one http://photo.net/photodb/photo?photo_id=5539396 Regarding a comment on human expressions, huh..! I guess you have the maximum captures of them in your gallery Cheers, Behka
