Karl Schuler 48 Posted April 25, 2007 Rashed, Daniel and Pnina, thanks for your comments. This photo is from a place close to my house, which I discovered recently. It is from the area where the original Emmental chees comes from. I went several times there to shoot photos under different light conditions. This one is from the backside of the hill, just before sunset. The sky colour is from a soft grad tobacco filter. The foreground might be a bit dark, depending on the brightness of the monitor. gerhardt 0 Posted April 26, 2007 I like the impact on the hues from the filter... Nice gradient in the sky and enough details in the foreground to establish a mood. Here the panoramic works well most important for me in the composition is the placement of the two tees ...bottom left corner and far right frame ... the diagonal between the two moves the viewer across the image. Tranquil and easy on the eyes. Cheers, Gerhardt Link to comment

Pierre Dumas 264 Posted May 12, 2007 The funny (for anyone but me) thing is that I couldn't even see if there's a larger size possibility! I guess it's a wonderful picture but I can't bet on it as the things are! It, however can't be a reason for not doing my copy paste invitation to my celebration: Dear Karl, may I have the honor to invite you on the celebration of my first anniversary?! http://www.photo.net/photodb/photo?photo_id=&size=lg Tuxedo isn't obligatory! Thank you in advance for coming! PDE Link to comment
