andreas tsonides 0 Posted April 19, 2007 I like the colour and mood of this one, but I think a portrait format would have greatly benefited your picture as the whole body would be visible. Link to comment
wayne_willis2 0 Posted April 20, 2007 rich colours but i would have preferred more of the jellyfish's tentacles at the top Link to comment
jeffl7 0 Posted April 20, 2007 Thanks for the kind remarks and suggestions. I took a number of photos of the jellies, most of them blurred because of poor light or the murkiness of the water. I agree that this shot would have been improved had more of the tentacles been in the shot. This is the whole shot, uncropped, which unfortunately didn't/couldn't include the entire body. I should note that these stubborn jellies refused to comply with my polite request for a line-up. And since the kind and attentive staff at the aquarium don't let you tap on the glass to force the underwater inhabitants to square up for pictures, I was left with this coincidental shot of the two descending at the same time. I would really delight in any suggestions about how to improve my low-light shots. Link to comment
