This picture was taken in the pre digital era, with a Nikon F3 and Kodachrome 64, and then scanned via coolscan V onto my computer's hard drive. This may explain why the image is not as pristine as it would be, if taken digitally. Link to comment
Landrum Kelly 64 Posted April 15, 2007 Not that it matters, but you have it (at present) as having been taken with an F4, not an F3. I find it plenty crisp. I like this one for all of the implicit metaphors of a boat that just would not "sail." The impression that one gets is that the boat foundered, that the passengers got out, and that this hulk is all that remains as a monument to someone's tragedy--or perhaps it was simply folly. --Lannie Link to comment
