Guest Guest Posted April 14, 2007 Blue and green - my favourites. The pose is very graphic, very 2D. On the other hand the dof is very 3D. She kinda "floats". Obviously the colors have been emphasized. The yellows work also well with the blues. I think the hi contrast is visible at the supporting hand shadow side. I think this would work even with a little lesser saturation. I usually drop the saturation a touch if I turn up the contrast to get around local problems. The shoes shine nicely - balanced use of fill in. Link to comment
olli.pekonen 0 Posted April 14, 2007 by golly juha, you read this photo just like an open book. that's exactly what we were were after, keep the focal and posing plane perpendicular to focal axis and isolate the BG by DOF. But no wrinkle faced old men with funny hats on - no good picture ;-) Link to comment
