kjartan trana 0 Posted April 9, 2007 Wild Golden Eagle from the Norwegian woods. Any thoughts? Thanks. - Kjartan Link to comment
kbrownvc 0 Posted April 9, 2007 This is a wonderful capture of this beautiful bird. Clarity, focus, and color. The only nitpick I could say here is in the presentation. He is pretty centered and seems to be looking out of the frame rather then into the frame. If this was cropped, consider leaving more room for him to breath. If it is as shot, consider cropping a little more off the left side to take him out of the center, remembering the rule of thirds in photography. Other wise this is just wonderful Kathleen Link to comment
kjartan trana 0 Posted April 10, 2007 Thanks a lot, this is the original photo. I was in the camouflage for 15 hours waiting for this bird. It posed perfect on that old pine in the low winter sun, and I had time to think about how to compose the picture with my zoom lens. Rules are to be broken! - Kjartan Link to comment
