atanu_ghosh1 0 Posted April 8, 2007 Good B&W potrait...use of soft light is good...but possibly you could have cropped too much of the neck portion Link to comment
theokeijzers 0 Posted April 8, 2007 Thanks Atanu for the comments, but I'm not sure what you mean about the crop? Link to comment

tholte 16,678 Posted April 11, 2007 You could crop this twenty different ways and they would all be great portraits. You always get great subjects and you shoot them in a unique and original way that brings out their dignity and inner beauty. I would bet that your subjects love the final results and that you have a list of people a mile long that want you to shoot them. If I wasn't so old and ugly, I would pay you big bucks to take my portrait. Link to comment
theokeijzers 0 Posted April 13, 2007 Daniel, cristian, Sarah thanks again for the comments. Tim very friendly, thanks a lot. Link to comment
chetn 0 Posted April 23, 2007 Great crop, however I would like to see more of her iris (her look away is a bit extreme) and some more detail in the hair to lighten (the visual weight and tone) the top right corner. Striking pose. Link to comment
tonyguinn 69 Posted January 6, 2010 I'm not sure another crop would tell the same story.....at least not for me. I was drawn in initially by the mystery in her sharp gaze. And then to her barely open lips. And then to neck and the curve of her clavicles. And then the scoop neckline took me right back to the clavicles. And then back to those lips. And back to her eyes where I linger a moment until, like her, I look away. And then to her barely open lips. And then..........trapped before I realized! A beautiful snare! Outstanding portraiture!
